Wednesday, November 16, 2022 - Needed about an hour after opening to really smooth out. Bit of acidic bite at first but then it settled down. Not a typically rich and lush Amarone. Just as well it may have overewhelmed the dinner. Was a good pairing with roast chicken and rice pilaf with green olives. Medium-plus finish.
