Saturday, July 3, 2021 - This wine was a very pure expression of Vosne Romanee with lovely intensity that became more focussed with time in the glass and which belied its Village status. The colour was pale with a tawny edge and the nose showed classic Vosne dark fruits with a touch of oriental spice. The palate showed a very pure linear intensity of dark berry fruits that tailed off softly into a nicely persistent finish.
