Monday, December 25, 2023 - Since this is a comment 4 years after the last drinker, didn’t know what to expect. Good clarity and nearing a deep brick color. Nose is herby and still surprisingly bright on the palate. Some fruit still lingers but are giving way to more earth and herb characteristics. I’m not sure where it’s going, but a fun one to try in its middle age.
