Sunday, April 6, 2008 - Popped the cork, very little on the nose, overly acidic with poor structure. Night number two , I decanted for 3 hours. If you swirled it enough in the decanter you will notice a lot of berry on the nose, but drinking it wasn't anything thrilling though slightly jammy. Mouth feel did improve but it took a lot of effort.
