Sunday, January 20, 2019 - Decanted for just under 2 hours. Initially a subtle fruity flavor combined with minerals, earth, and a bit of wood. Over the next couple hours a very pleasant floral flavor evolved. Smooth despite the heavy presence of tannins with a medium to long finish. Held up very well the second day also. All in all a great wine that will be even better in a couple years.
