Thursday, March 16, 2023 - Decanted for an hour @ HRB. Cocktails and nibbles while the beast awakens. Very aromatic upon opening. Lived up to the nose on the palate. Lithe richness with layers of fruit and spice. Lingering finish. Paired well with Boeuf Bourgignon, Steak Frites and …yup, even Mussels in garlic and white wine. Thanks Cameron. Well done.
