Monday, June 15, 2020 - Fine dust on the nose with bright red berry fruit dominating. Lots of sour cherry and rose petal aromas accented by vanilla and cocoa powder and some plum. Savory entry with crushed tomatoes and some fresh green herbs. Sage, thyme, garrigue lead into tomato juice and then a range of fleshy red and black fruit. There is a briny minerality to it. Cherry, raspberry, blackberry and plum flavors wreathed with dried savory herbs and flowers. Nicely layered. Best with food.
