Monday, March 22, 2021 - This wine was a bit of an interesting roller coaster. Not as big and in need of a decant as previous bottle. Came out sexy upon opening but a touch vegetal. Then kind of regressed, lost balance. However, around the 2-3 hour open mark (PNP), it balance, came together and showed all of its tertiary notes. Both this and the 1990 Lynch Bages next to it did about the same thing. The 2nd to last glass on both was the best, with short rib.
