Friday, May 26, 2017 - Dark ruby. Roadside blackberries, Hatch chilis, and Mexican chocolate on the nose. Deep core of pure sweet fruit, furry tannins, clear acid layers rising at the back to long ringing finsh. Young, raw, and exuberant; a wonderful wine. 50 + 17 + 17 + 9 = 93.
