Friday, March 16, 2018 - Wine was dull upon opening but after couple of hours had many of the characters alluded to in previous reviews. It is vinified with both natural yeast and MLB which is a gutsy move these days; and it was pH adjusted and fined with egg whites. So from my perspective it’s going to evolve some interesting character; but needs cellar time to open up more.
