Monday, March 11, 2019 - Saturated ruby/purple. Dark ripe fruits, american oak coconut and cedar notes, with a slight herbal note. So balanced on the palate with a creamy mouthfeel, everything so well integrated, with a bead of acidity and fine tannins holding it all together. Such a unique flavor profile and old world approach with new world fruit. Interesting and Delicious.
