Friday, October 25, 2019 - So the best way I can describe this wine is that the nose and the palate put the vivid memory of a winery in my mind.

The wine is clear and purple with no rim variation. The extraction is medium and the tearing is heavy.

On the nose the intensity is powerful with developing candied red and blue fruit, old sprite, potting soil, dill, and vanilla. The palate is consistent with a cherry pie finish.

The tannins are medium, with medium minus acidity, medium plus alcohol, a full body, and round texture, with a long finish and medium plus complexity.
