Friday, December 22, 2017 - Early look as these just landed, disgorged about a month ago. Kind of a burnt -rich yellow color. Wine is tight right now. Needs some time to unwind. Fine bead, very clean on the palate. There's a richness to the palate that fleshes out as it warms a bit. Baked apple and hints of mousse. Picks up where we left off.
