Saturday, July 21, 2018 - Dark, honeyed-rich yellow color. Very lively. Has broadened some since my last bottle. There are apple notes and a bready element as it opens. There's an appealing richness and really energetic acidity and lift. Young. Wish i could leave my hands off those for a few years, but they come in, and I just get to drinking.
