Saturday, October 6, 2018 - Served at closer to cellar temp than chilled. Such an interesting bouquet on the nose of red apple and pear, hints of red berry fruit, some floral notes. Very fresh and different. Similar flavors on the palate with orchard fruits, citrus and good acidity and a delicate mousse on the mouthfeel. Really impressive and so interesting.
