Saturday, March 2, 2019 - Medium golden yellow and lovely tiny bubbles. Layered nose with notes of brioche, chalk, citrus, green apples, creamy and a touch floral. Moderate acidity (6.5/10) and medium plus bodied. Rich palate and smoother than the prior tasting. Very creamy throughout with layers of lemon curd, custard and yeast. Long and lingering finish. Drink 2026.
