Sunday, April 26, 2020 - Popped and poured. This is light gold with a fine bead. On the nose, I get pear, bread, and fresh apples. In the mouth, the wine is mildly sweet, but stil has good focus and structure. The finish has plenty of zip and carries the apple notes on for a while. Overall, this is very well done and enjoyable. It is an exemplary CA sparkling wine. 92 points.
