Friday, January 11, 2019 - Chablis Sunday: Visit to La Chablisienne, Chablis; 1/10/2019-1/11/2019: Clearly the best Chablis so far. Limes, chalk, wet granite, pears and a touch of seaspray on bouquet. Complex and expressive on palate. Chablis typicity with a nice chalkiness to support the good fruit volume. Citric and mineral. Precise and linear with a touch of salinity on the finish. Euros 20, a good buy.
