Sunday, August 20, 2023 - Lots of very pretty primary fruit on popping, which sadly blows off very quickly. Develops into shallow secondaries. Lots of tannin and good acidity, so I’d say sit on it and see what happens. It seems hotter than the label specifies from smell and feel.
