Monday, December 26, 2016 - This is richer than your typical Pinot Grigio from Veneto. It could be mistaken for an Alsatian Pinot Gris in a blind tasting. Hillside grapes, harvested at full ripeness, with pleasant lime and almond aromas and just a touch of bitterness on the finish. Ripe yet fresh, it is drinking well now but has the potential for aging.
