Wednesday, November 4, 2020 - One of the best Coutet I’ve had. Orange peel and toffee notes, leading to a full, rich palate. Perfect acidity to carry it along, and a pleasant hint (and just a hint) of bitterness to round it out. Very balanced. Perfect right now, and will decline gracefully from here. No rush, but why wait?
