Wednesday, January 3, 2024 - Wine Dinner in Orange County (Water Grill, Costa Mesa, CA): From memory: pert, mineral and citrusy. The doughy autolytic character is whispered in the background with the vinous elements out in front. Medium sized bubbles. No issue standing up to the oysters. Generously provided by Racer117.
