Sunday, April 5, 2020 - I disagree with some notes here in that this was quite typical of Chablis and my prior experiences with Sechet. The nose is subtle initially and then shows lovely mineral, saline drenched orchard fruit, high toned floral notes, and oyster shells. The palate is fresher than anticipated for the vintage with lovely lift and no hint of heaviness at all. Delicious with crab risotto.
