Friday, January 11, 2019 - Chablis Sunday: Visit to La Chablisienne, Chablis; 1/10/2019-1/11/2019: A more subtle set of lifted aromas, more floral with delicate citrus. On palate, earth, blanched cashews and pears, powerful and substantial. Substantial Grand Cru matière. However, it lacked the cut, verticality and laser-like precision of the Les Clos.
