Thursday, January 19, 2023 - The one with Madame Leroy (Bar a Thym): Bouquet opens with roses, raspberries, 6 start hotel potpourri and some baking spices. Great structure with pretty red fruit with some spice and dark berries dominating the mid palate. Tannins starting to integrate but still very much present - would do well to revisit this in 5-7 years!
