Monday, June 26, 2017 - Winos' excellent adventure in France; 6/22/2017-6/27/2017 (All over France): Generous nose displaying raspberry and blackberry, smoke and earth. Very good concentration, silky and refined, very good acidity, good earthy mineral, silky tannins and a medium to long finish. Surprisingly refined for a 1er Cru Gevrey. It will always remain enjoyable but needs two more decades to reach peak.
