Tuesday, February 13, 2024 - Popped and poured. Still very youthful, cherry, ripe strawberry fruits, orange peel, deep roses, some traces of iron/minerals and very well managed luxurious oak. A big one that is not overdone, drinking really well in all that classic Cathiard glory. A real delight.
