Thursday, July 21, 2005 - A grenache, tempranillo and syrah blend. Rich purple. Some good funk going on here. Soft leather jacket, sage/dried herbs and blueberry nose with the slightest hint of ripe tomato. Sweet entry, forward, voluptious mouthfeel, more chewy than cloying, with a lot of razzberry and bluberry riding on more funky earth and animal undertones. Delicious finish. Very interesting and very good.
