Wednesday, December 29, 2010 - paired with Seared Diver Scallops in Pineapple Beure Blanc with Creamy Parmessan Risotto and Roasted Asparagus)- Golden Color, nice minerality, strong-balanced acidity, oak integrated nicely coming slowly in and out, Buttered Popcorn, hazelnut puree, lemon cream pie, nectarine stone fruit essence, drank over 3 hours. Peaked but still swinging.
