Buttery & rich, toasty notes, a little reductive, muted stone fruit tends to tropical, sweet oak spice, slight honeyed notes with time - almost honeydew melon. Juicy tends to medium plus intensity acidity, buttery notes on the palate as well, there is some burr on tongue but it’s quite silky, non-delineated stone fruit, quite tangy on the finish.
Australian Chardonnay again, warmer vintage but still fresh. Hmm, Victoria...Yarra perhaps or Gippsland, and it's a bit more forward as well so I'll say more than 10 years old
