Tuesday, December 3, 2019 - Cork not soaked but very difficult to remove (not uncommon for Spanish wines from this era). Great development after several hours of slow ox. Somewhat cool climate, very untypical for a Rioja and definitely a modern expression of Tempranillo but a great one! No hurry to drink.
