Friday, January 25, 2019 - Strawberry sweet tart, raspberry syrup, and cherry NyQuil flavors, with the effervescence providing manual lift so as to not come across too racy or cloying. Finishes a little gummy and saccharine-laced texture-wise. Don’t try to geek out on this wine and you’ll be fine. A fun wine for the stupid brain that’s already had too much to drink and just wants to have dessert. Paired well with beignets and espresso chocolate sauce.
