Friday, November 19, 2021 - Rough and acid, decent varietal flavor. Went well with a complex red spaghetti dish but not really our thing. After 90 minutes it suddenly smoothed out and integrated, then much more approachable but with loss of complexity. I guess I am not a CF fan anyway.
