Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Followed over about 90 minutes.

Light yellow to yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of talc, lemon wax, yellow pear and nutmeg. Flavors of lemon zest, creme fraiche and tart apple. Medium to bright acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold.
