Sunday, June 30, 2019 - Wonderful. Had served at a local restaurant on a warn June day. Power decanted for 15 minutes and poured. Nice red fruits on the nose, raspberries and cherries. Also tasted of red fruit. Paired with filet mignon. The first glass wasn't fully opened and had a little bitterness which was gone by the second. Smooth drinking and everyone at the table enjoyed it. This is drinking very well now, most of the tannins are gone. Enjoy it.
