Monday, September 15, 2008 - Finally had to open one up to celebrate a special event. I agree with others that this is an ever-evolving wine that changes. I drank this over 3 nights and it seemed to be a bit different each night while holding on to the backbone of fresh, ripe fruit. And, this had the longest finish I've ever experienced. I loved this and will really hold on to my last one for a few more years.
