Monday, April 1, 2024 - Mm mmm! Super from the getgo. But from advice from prior note I gave it 90 minutes of air, which softened it a bit and eased up the over the top fruit density. Still youthful but so good, I feel great to drink now. Have yet to finish the bottle so I may come back and change rec if it evolves into something even better. Basically I'm saying little risk in holding or giving it more air.
