Friday, December 29, 2017 - 50% Malvasia, 25% Chard, 25% Pinot Gris. Spent 6 years total in a big barrels.
I can smell herbs, yellow fruit, honey (and a hint of red berry jam?). On palate it's a bit salty with medium body and a long finish.
Overall: Well balanced with great structure.
