Thursday, August 24, 2006 - Jean-Luc Thunevin Dinner (Chanterelle, NYC): Beautiful nose. Young and peppery with red and purple fruits. On the palate, this is young and vibrant. And Delicious!!! Excellent purple fruit. Just a beauty and still sto young. Jean-Luc Thunevin pointed out that this may be a great wine but you need to wait another 5-10 years to really enjoy it!
