Thursday, October 8, 2020 - Consumed over two days. This was better on the first day. Forgive me for saying this but there wasn’t much structure beyond the initial fruit. The fruit partially burned off overnight to deliver a somewhat hollow wine on the second day.

Well made wine, to me, shines for its bright fruit. The smoky bacon, fat and spicy fruit shine upon opening. Drink now and enjoy.
