Sunday, April 16, 2017 - Yes, I know, very young. I used to let Peter Michael settle for at least a year but I feel the winemaking has settled down the oak a bit. Green-Yellow. Nose initially shy, not surprising, but opened over the next hour to have citrus, cream. Taste was a nice young mix of citrus and vanilla. Very good and will get better with some time-6 months to 3+ years.
