Sunday, July 26, 2020 - Straw to Golden color. Nose shows the buttery notes of malolactic fermentation but it is wrapped with pineapple, floral notes, and stone fruits. Expressive and round body has a beautiful balance of peach and acidity with a lingering finish. Wonderful wine and interesting application of Rhône whites to California Chardonnay. A group favorite if the night in a night of great whites from a Guigal La Dorienne to a 2011 Aubert.
