Friday, February 22, 2019 - At first glance the wine was closed and bitter, perhaps slightly too chilled. Upon a second attempt the second day, and allowing the bottle to sit at room temperature, the aromatics started to shine.
Aerated for several minutes. Prominent mineral and floral notes carry the wine though the finish, joined by lemongrass, hints of melon and plenty of acidity.
Interesting.
