Thursday, April 2, 2020 - 开瓶混合着黑樱桃、覆盆子的果味和甘草、丁香、木屑等工艺香气,醒酒后出现玫瑰花、焦油等细微但精彩的衍生香气,入口的集中度好过复杂度。单宁非常细腻,极大缓解了高酒精带来的些微刺激感。高酸度建筑了挺拔的结构,但需要时间来和单宁更好的融合,现在喝的话,醒酒五个小时会是一个比较好的选择。
