Tuesday, May 30, 2023 - Stood up for weeks and decanted with sediment in the last 2-3oz. 30 min air prior to tasting. Light ruby; aromatic, red fruited, roses, balsamic; palate is light-medium bodied, high acidity, high tannin but approachable, medium-plus alcohol (14%) but holds it very well, mature fruit with balsamic and black cherry; finish is medium length. Not warm but perhaps a bit richer than in a typical year. 93, ready to drink these now and over the next 10 years. (Mine won't last that long...)
