Sunday, December 10, 2023 - Stood up for weeks and decanted off 2oz fine sediment. Light ruby, age-appropriate bricking for nebbiolo; soy, tamari, roses, some red cherry; palate is light bodied, elegant red and black cherries, soy/tamari, balanced alcohol (14%), medium-plus acidity, high tannins are a bit pronounced but perfect with pasta; medium length finish. Perfectly mature Rovellotti; I'm drinking up my bottles now though they will probably last 5+ years. 92-93
