Saturday, March 6, 2021 - Drank 375ml on day 1 after ~5 hrs decant and then next 375ml on day 2 after another half day decant. Strong nose with American oak and dill/menthol. Complex flavors and structure with acidity / tannins that bode well for long term potential. No rating at the moment as it’s still quite young and needs to come together, but I’d say 94-96 potential.
