Friday, March 30, 2018 - 1 hour decant. Drank at Passover dinner at friends house. Deep opaque garnet. Nose of paste, meat (brisket) and bread. Taste is very similar with flour paste being dominant. Pretty heavy sediment. Low acidity and medium drying tannins. Heavy body. Very unique wine and flavor profile, but not my style.
