It might given a very long aging curve when you could get to some tertiary notes. For me this is a drink with five years kind of wine. Sort of that classic California summer BBQ party type of wine. If you want to know what a full throttle pure Paso Zin is like, this is it. Not something I personally want a lot of but sometimes it fits the mood dead solid perfect.
