Monday, May 29, 2023 - Teochew Clan dinner: Very elegant Jadot wine which is a bit surprising to say. But I guess that reflects the plot. I thought it was a 93 Gevrey or Chambolle 1er cru. Didn't feel like it had the concentration or density of a GC. Drinking very well currently.
